These may seem like simple questions with obvious answers, but The Elephant Hunter deals with a specific species of Elephant. You've likely 'herd' of Elephas Maxima (Asian or Indian Elephants) and Loxodonta Africana (African Elephants). For these Elephants, the answers above are likely fairly obvious.

Well, the Elephant species we're talking about was discovered by famed Australian explorer, Dirk Dundeekirk and is known as "Subjetemus Avoidemus". Most blokes have never heard of Avoidemus and fewer know anything about them.

That's where our own Dirk comes in. Being a specialist in Avoidemus, Dirk is especially talented in finding, identifying and helping organizations chase these critters off.

Dirk says: "Avoidemus is know to wander about organizations, usually in herds, keeping somewhat quiet, but if you listen carefully, you'll hear 'em grumblin' now and then. Certain management structures actually encourage these "packys" to gather, thrive and well, yes, multiply.

By the way, even though I discovered and named "Subjetemus Avoidemus", I just go by my pet name, "Pachy". And let me tell you, these pachys can cause all kinds of grief in your organization!"
